At times, we may experience life changing events such as trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, work stress, and life transitions. Many of us find that we need guidance through what may be uncharted territory. I will work with you to determine the reasons that you might be wanting some support and guidance (an insight-oriented approach), as a first step in resolving issues. It can then be decided which techniques might be the most useful, depending on your needs and personality and where you are in the therapeutic process. I value providing a respectful, caring, encouraging, open-minded, safe and supportive environment within which you can navigate through some of life’s more challenging moments. My goal and passionate wish for you is that you develop greater insight, skill, and self-compassion leading towards a more joyful and fulfilling life.

My philosophy in life has always been “one door always opens to another”, which is exactly how I became an Ideal Protein Coach. As a busy mother and wife, I found myself struggling to lose weight. I was not always over weight, but the last 10 years and two pregnancies later I was more than 100 pounds overweight. One day I was scrolling through facebook and I came across a post of a girl who had recently lost 50 pounds through the Ideal Protein Program. I was quite impressed and told myself, “if she can do it, I can do it”.

The day I joined was August 17, 2017 and it literally changed my life in more ways then one. I met with the coach at 360 Wellness and she explained the program to me. I went home had my “last supper” so to speak then I committed myself 100% to the program the next day. At my first weigh in I was down 8.4 pounds, I was so happy to see the scale drop instead of going up, this just gave me the encouragement to continue. And by April of 2018 I was down 120 pounds.

My success in the program changed my life, my confidence grew, I began exercising regularly I have way more energy. I was so successful in the program that I was approached by the previous coach to see if I would like to go one step further and help motivate others who are struggling to lose weight.

So, if you are ready for a change in your life please feel free to book a consultation with me so we can get you on the path to become the best that you can be!
